About Ashgrove Serviced Offices

Ashgrove Serviced Offices has been a successful mainstay in the Highpoint centre for a number of decades now. The building was completely redeveloped several years ago, giving it a fresh and modern aesthetic. As part of the redevelopment, the serviced offices premises relocated from the ground floor to the first floor, with the all-new fit-out giving the offices a very smart, professional feel.

Ashgrove Serviced Offices is centrally located on Level 1 of the Highpoint building at 240 Waterworks Road, just a 10 minute drive from Brisbane’s city centre.  Located in Brisbane’s inner west on the northside of the river, this city-fringe location provides clients easy access to the City (and the airport via the Inner City Bypass) when required, but frees them from the traffic hassles and parking expense associated with an office based in the CBD itself.

Parking is a feature of the Highpoint centre, with numerous undercover and open-air parking bays available on-site, free for your clients or visitors to use (limited to two hours per day). Permanent parking bays can also be hired – basement and rooftop options are available – for tenants who require longer-term dedicated parking options.

Our offices are well situated in the midst of Ashgrove’s commercial and retail precinct, no more than 4 or 5 minutes walk from three supermarkets (Coles, Woolworths, Aldi), all the major banks (ANZ, nab, Westpac, Commonwealth, Suncorp, St George, BOQ), a broad range of medical and health services, numerous cafes, restaurants and takeaways, chemists, newsagents and various other amenities.

Ashgrove Serviced Offices is pleased to offer a full range of business centre facilities and services. This includes both short and long term offices, casual use meeting spaces and a variety of virtual office services (such as Call Answering, Business Address and Secretarial Services).

Above all else, we pride ourselves on attentive service that makes our valued clients feel both welcome and well looked after. The long-standing tenure of many of our clients is a testament to the ASO difference: in an industry that is extremely dynamic and transient, more than half of our existing clients have been with us for at least 4 or 5 years, with more than a dozen or so of our tenants and virtual office clients enjoying a relationship approaching or exceeding ten years.
